Expired and mixed peach cakes on the shelves are "confused" or packaged? Merchants claim that men with expired food package claims 5,000 yuan, a total of 52 supermarkets in Haikou were claimed by the same man.

On September 2 last year, a man bought an expired biscuit at a supermarket in Haikou for 2.4 yuan. Three months after the law enforcement officers ordered the supermarket to rectify the case, the man repeatedly complained about the matter and eventually "paid" 4,000 yuan. According to a survey by the reporter, several supermarkets in Haikou encountered the same incident. The claimants were from the same man and claimed between 4,000 and 7,000 yuan. At present, 5 merchants have remitted more than 20,000 yuan, and dozens of supermarkets have been complained because they have not paid.

On February 23 this year, Li Yang (pseudonym), the head of a supermarket who also suffered a claim, revealed that the man had purchased the expired Hetao Crisp claim of 2.5 yuan for 2.5 yuan. After payment by negotiation, the man wrote the "Fact Description" to withdraw the complaint, saying that he "puts his own expired peach cake on the shelf." Is this unintentional "confusion" or intentional adjustment? After investigation, the man complained a total of 72 complaints, involving 52 business and supermarkets. The main content of the complaint was "buy expired food."

At present, Haikou police filed a case investigation and called on relevant businesses to report and provide clues. A man spends 2.5 yuan to buy an expired and a peach cake claiming 5,000 yuan.

Since last year, many supermarkets in Haikou have experienced the purchase of expired foods and high claims. The mobile phone numbers and WeChat displayed by some merchants are the same person. The name of the remittance account provided by the other party is “Tang X”. Continent." However, what is the relationship between the man “Xiao Wang” who frequently buys expired food in the supermarket and “Tang X Zhou”?

"The one who bought the expired food in the supermarket and claimed to be called "Xiaowang" is actually 'Tang Xzhou' himself." Li Yang, the head of a supermarket in Haikou Jinqi Road, said with certainty that on November 3 last year, A man wearing a mask and wearing slippers bought a box of Yuen Long and Peach Crisp in the supermarket, and then said that the peach cake was expired. On the spot, he was required to pay 5,000 yuan, and he could not afford a penny.

After the claim was rejected by the supermarket, the man called the food and drug administration on the spot. Law enforcement officers went to the scene to check that there were indeed two small boxes of expired peach cakes on the supermarket shelves. Li Yang, who was on the scene at the time, felt a bit strange. “Our peach cake is actually sold in a whole box, and six boxes are packed separately in one box.” Li Yang told reporters, but when the man bought it, he opened the big package and only bought one of the small boxes. It is 2.5 yuan.

Subsequently, law enforcement officers seized the two small boxes of expired peaches and filed them for investigation. "Afterwards, I asked the supermarket manager to dock with the other party several times." Li Yang said that the other party said that "there is a lot of 5,000 yuan, if more than three days, plus 500 yuan to withdraw the lawsuit."

The supermarket refused such a request.
